When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, phone, state, equipment interest, and your message. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information such as a Social Security number.
We also collect standard log data automatically: IP address, timestamps, browser type and the pages requested. Our web analytics (Google Analytics 4) collects usage data including approximate location, device type and operating system, plus crash and performance data.
We are not in the business of selling or renting your information. We do not sell personal information.
Billing information
We do not take payment through this website. If a transaction ever requires payment details, those are handled by a third-party payment processor and are not stored by us.
How we use your information
Contact details are used solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up on quotes you request. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and improve it.
How your information is shared
To answer technical questions or prepare a quote, we may share your inquiry with the relevant manufacturer we represent (Lico Machinery, EBI Electric, Cresswood, or OSI Machinerie). We do not share your information with anyone else except as required by law.
If the business is ever reorganized, merged or sold, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We would remain bound by this policy for information collected before the change.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. Embedded videos from YouTube and Vimeo load only after you press play, and those platforms' own privacy policies apply once a video is playing.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California and Colorado, may exercise their rights under those laws by contacting us. We respond to these requests within 30 days.
